About these terms

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean we have accepted your order. We accept the order when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is a problem with payment.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are added at checkout before you pay. We use Shopify Payments to process cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods securely.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Please see our Delivery page for full details about costs and areas.

Ownership and risk

The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will arrange a refund, replacement or repair.

Our liability

We are responsible for losses that are a direct and foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or negligence. We are not responsible for any loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses if you are buying goods for business use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
