How we pack and send your order

Packing

Every order is packed with care. We use recycled and recyclable paper, card and tissue where possible, and protect fragile pieces with reused packing materials — including bubble wrap when needed — before they leave the barn.

Shipping

We ship across the UK from our countryside corner. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details where available.

Delivery costs

We charge a flat rate per order based on your UK delivery address. We’ll always show the cost clearly before you pay — no hidden fees.

The correct charge is calculated automatically at checkout once the shipping zones are set up in Shopify.

Click & collect

Prefer to collect? Choose Local pickup at checkout and you won’t be charged for delivery. Collection is from the barn in Canwick, Lincoln by appointment only — once you place your order we’ll email you to arrange a day and time that suits.

Please bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) when you collect.

Returns

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to put it right, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
